Information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us:

  • Enquiry / contact form: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, the service you are enquiring about, your preferred contact method, and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

Health information (special-category data). The free-text message field of the enquiry form may contain information about your health or medical condition. This is "special-category" personal data under UK GDPR, and we ask for your explicit consent before you submit the form. Please share only the health details necessary to arrange your consultation.

How we use your information and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation — lawful basis: your consent, and (where a consultation proceeds) the performance of our services to you.
  • To process any health information you provide — lawful basis: your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)).
  • To send you our newsletter, where you have subscribed — lawful basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
  • To understand how our website is used and to improve it (analytics) — lawful basis: your consent, collected via our cookie banner.

  • Maps — the Google Maps embed on our contact page, shown only with your consent.
